How does an infrastructure direct our consciousness inward and make us reflect on our bodies in relationship to the immense or the petite? ~
Intimate Immensity is a series of sculptures as the creation of spatial environments. They are explorations of positive and negative areas that conform possible playscapes, enticing dynamic interactions in a yet to be immense arrangement. The works question the integrative socio-political functions of public works, as they refer to the relationships between private & public, city & nature, permanent & ephemeral.
